Dehydrating following Raw Vegan Rules
Dehydrating for Raw Vegan Preparation requires monitoring of the
temperature so as not allow the product to exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit
But the temperature can be set higher for the first few hours
as the higher moisture content of the product being dehydrated
will keep the internal temperature low
due to evaporation
Our choice of dehydrator is the Excalibur because it's 9 shelves can be
turned and stacked in any order, and it has a built in timer.
Dehydrating is excellent for preparing crackers, flat breads, sprouted cereal
and an array of dehydrated fruits and snacks, and hors d'oeuvres
It takes much longer than an oven, but the outcome is delicious Raw Living Food
